XELF II Series
One Kiosk Platform, Three Ways to Serve
Hotels, quick-service restaurants, airports and ticketing venues each have their own peak moments. The XELF II series adapts one self-service platform to each of them.

The XELF II family: pillar, countertop and cabinet configurations on one platform.
Every venue has a moment where guests start to queue: the hotel front desk at check-in time, the counter during the lunch rush, the check-in hall before a morning departure. These are the moments self-service handles best.
Built on one platform, the XELF II series comes in variants shaped around each venue: the right form factor, the right peripherals and the right workflow on screen. Here is how the three variants fit their environments.
1. XELF II Hotel: Self Check-in and Check-out
Hotels & Serviced Apartments
XELF II Hotel with side cabinet for ID scanning, key card issuing and payment.
Arrival and departure are the busiest moments at the front desk. XELF II Hotel brings the full check-in and check-out routine into one floor-standing unit with a side cabinet, so guests can verify their identity, pay and collect a room key without waiting in line. A lockable base cabinet on casters makes it easy to position and service in the lobby.
Key features
- ID verification: OCR passport and ID scanning
- Key card encoder: 140-card capacity for room key issuing
- Cash and card handling: bill and coin acceptor / dispenser plus card payment
- Two screen sizes: 15.6" or 22"
2. XELF II QSR: Wall-Mounted Self-Ordering
Quick-Service Restaurants & Cafés
Wall-mounted XELF II QSR keeps floor space free for guests.
In quick service, every square meter counts. The wall-mounted XELF II QSR adds ordering capacity without taking floor space, which suits compact stores, food courts and busy counters.
Key features
- QR / barcode scanner: member codes, coupons and app orders
- Thermal printer: instant receipt and order number
- NFC tap-to-pay: cards and mobile wallets
- Kitchen ready: works with KDS, bump bars and order status screens
3. XELF II Check-in & Ticketing: Floor-Standing
Airports & Ticketing Venues
Floor-standing XELF II for check-in halls, stations and event venues.
Check-in halls and ticket counters need kiosks that are easy to spot and simple to use. The floor-standing XELF II variant is designed for airports and ticketing venues, from identity check to printed pass in one place.
Key features
- Passport scanner: OCR passport and ID reading
- Ticket printer: boarding passes and event tickets
- Bag tag printer: baggage tag printing on the spot
- LED status light: guidance and service alerts visible across the hall
The XELF II Check-in & Ticketing kiosk will be on show at EuroCIS 2027, Messe Düsseldorf, 16–18 February 2027.

Machines Take the Routine. People Take the Moments.
Self-service is not about removing staff. Each XELF II variant takes over the standard, repeatable steps (scanning IDs, issuing keys, taking orders, printing passes) so teams can focus on guests who need a personal touch.
The kiosk handles the line. Your people handle the hospitality.
What System Integrators Should Check
Match the form factor to the space
Floor-standing or wall-mounted: the right choice depends on floor space, traffic flow and how visible the kiosk needs to be.
Select peripherals by workflow
List every step the guest completes, from identity check to payment to printing, and confirm a peripheral covers each one.
Plan software integration early
Confirm the kiosk runs the PMS, ordering, check-in or ticketing software your client already uses, and connects to their payment provider.
Design for serviceability
Easy access to printers, card stock and payment modules keeps downtime short during operating hours.
